Paula Robert, owner of the EduBabe Master Franchise and owner of the Roodepoort, Fourways and Sandton region.
EduBabe offers 24 years of proven expertise. Paula took over EduBabe Franchise region in 2013 and bought the Master Franchise in 2016.
Paula completed her matric in 1991 and studied Travel and Tourism, thereafter. She left South Africa and headed to London in 1995.
Paula travelled extensively and worked in many countries. Her absolute favourite time abroad was travelling around India for 4 months after which headed to Nepal and soaked up the beautiful scenery whilst trekking the Annapurna Region. She started working at the BBC in London in 1999, where she worked in Television. Paula provided a diverse range of public relations, marketing and worked across various genres. Paula encapsulates a professional approach to all she does, and although her time working in the television industry was extraordinary, she decided to take on the challenge of helping new families source the right childcare for each.
Whilst living in the UK, Paula also worked as a live in carer for several elderly persons. She is compassionate, patient and understands the vital role in which this position takes on.
Paula is a mom of 2 girls, age 9 and 11, both born in the UK, she understands the demands and pressures of finding the right nanny / helper. Paula returned to South Africa in 2012.
Paula is a qualified American Heart Association First Aid and CPR instructor and loves empowering nannies / teachers and new parents with the vital skills of saving lives and what to do in any emergency.
