WHOLE FOOD VEGETARIAN COOKING FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Course content is comprehensive and covers a very wide shoice of recipes.

The course does not require that you deny yourself the pleasure of a sweet, or a pudding, or a piece of cake now and then, but it teaches you how to convert your favourite refined food recipes, into healthy, easily digestible, natural foods – foods that are even more enjoyable than the unhealthy alternative.

We cover items such as breakfast, lunch ad dinner items and even ice cream, but we also offer you a few better alternatives.

On this program your meals will look much the same as they ever looked before, except that they will be made up of only natural ingredients as those ingredients that are easily digested easily assimilated and that do not clog, constipate, or poison the system.

There is no need to start counting calories with our recipes and you will not need any “scientific,” expensive, weight-loss powders or preparations.

The course is specifically designed to educate the kitchen staff as to how to prepare healthy foods.

“Cooking with kids is not just about ingredients, recipes, and cooking. It’s about harnessing imagination, empowerment, and creativity.” – Guy Fieri
